Rapid weight gain after rapid reduction

This has been touted as an aggravating factor in the context of inadequate weight categories in relation to their body weight 14 because rapid weight gain after rapid reduction occurs due to physiological adaptations in which the body becomes more efficient in the use and energy storage (increase feed efficiency).

Coupled with this increase in feed efficiency, there is a decrease in basal metabolic rate, which makes the upcoming reductions increasingly difficult 14 and requires increasing energy constraints 1 . It is speculated that body composition can modify themselves as a result of prolonged practice of toilets. To return to normal weight after the reduction period, there may be an increase in the amount of body fat 15 and changes in distribution in favor of greater accumulation in the central regions 15,16 .  http://feastyourfataway.guruhormones.com/2014/06/23/sugar-fats-and-various-oils-supply-our-body-excess-fat/

It is speculated, though, that the practice of WC can increase the chances of heart problems such as hypertension 17 . As mentioned, although this study did not directly judokas questioned about the frequency of weight reduction, it can be inferred by the high number of competitions during a season, and the fact that they rarely "go up" category, they practice WC.
